Marco Antoniotti, an associate professor at the University of Milan (Italy) is well versed in mathematics, Computer Science and computer programming languages. He uses advanced techniques of all three for the control and simulation of biological pathways and complex systems.

He also has experience in robotics, automotive and highway systems, embedded computer systems and serves on the board of the Milan Center for Neurosciences.

Antoniotti is a founding member of LispNYC, was the very first presenter and is a long time contributer to the software development community.
